On Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm starting August 21 we will be having Jr. Spartacus Workout Classes for 4th-8th Grade Boys and Girls. Our goal in the Jr. Spartacus Classes is to help young athlete’s in all the areas they don’t get to at their sport specific practices.
Strength, agility, speed, and flexibility are all elements of a complete player in any sport. These are the areas we want to help your child improve in. Performance on the athletic field isn’t just about skills. Being fast and strong will help any athlete make his/her team better.
The Jr. Spartacus Classes will last for 60 minutes and the class format will be as follows:
5 minutes – Dynamic Warmup
16 minutes – Weight Lifting – We will mix upper and lower body lifting.
16 minutes – Speed Training – Weights, Running Drills, etc…
16 minutes – Agility Training – Reaction, Change of Direction, and Core Strength
7 minutes – Stretching and Flexibility Drills
The cost for the Jr. Spartacus Classes is $20 per month per participant.
