Goals: Learn proper training technique, become stronger and faster to improve athletic performance
Cost: $50 per month, $80 for both months

Ages: Going into 5th Grade – Going into Freshman
This program will focus on teaching young athletes the proper form and techniques for weight lifting and running/sprinting. It is for any young athlete looking to get stronger, faster, and better at their sport while building a solid foundation for your future training.
Our number one rule is never let your competition out work you. You will be sore. You will be pushed, but we guarantee you will get better!
