Tonight’s workout is not for the faint of heart. Since are numbers have dwindled to single digits and only the strongest warriors are left, we’ll up the intensity and push the limits.
Although I’m not a fan of Crossfit, tonight’s workout will closely resemble a typical Crossfit-style workout with a focus on training density.
The Workout – As Many Rounds as Possible 20 minutes
1. Sumo Deadlift 135lbs – 20 reps
2. Pushups – 20 reps
3. Rowing Machine – 50 rows
4. Lying Garharmmar Raises – 20 reps
