Morning Madness Boot Camp
Starting Monday, November 5 at 5:00 a.m.
The hardest part of the morning boot camp will be getting yourself out of bed the first few times. Especially with the weather getting colder it won’t be appealing; however this will be an opportunity for you to do something for yourself before your day gets under way.
Exercising in the morning boosts your mood and energy level for hours after you’re done. This means you’re better equipped to handle the challenges of work or anything else you face during the day.
I am pumped to be able to direct this early morning class. The goal of this class is to incorporate strength, endurance and conditioning. This class will be filled with fun and results for each individual that participates.
Participating in group exercises such as Morning Madness will only push you to work out beyond your perceived expectations. I guarantee you will gain motivation that you have never experienced before.
Don’t be afraid as this class will offer something for every fitness level from beginners to experts. We will accomplish goals together and build a bond that will keep you focused and excited to get up every morning to participate.
