Pete will divide you into teams of 3 before class starts. The whole group with then be divided in 2.
Group 1 will do the following:
note: Your team gets one point for every 2 for 1 squat and every ground to overhead you do. Keep track of your own points.
team member 1 – rope waves
team member 2 – dumbbell ground to overhead with 15#
team member 3 – basketball 2 for 1 squats
Group 2 will do the following:
All group members will do the same exercise, every minute on the minute for 9 minutes
note: Every time you complete the prescribed number of reps in one minute your team gets one point. Keep track of your own points.
15 hand release push ups
25 ski jumps with toe touch
Each member of the team with the most points at the end of class will receive a free, limited edition Fight the Fight Wristband…..
