17 x dumbbell squat curl and press – 25 lbs dumbbells for males; 10 lbs dumbbells for females
22 x walking dumbbell lunges per leg – 25 lbs dumbbells for males; 10 lbs dumbbells for females
On the dumbbell squat, curl, and press the dumbbells must start on the ground for each rep.
On the walking lunges your knee must touch the ground on every rep for the rep to count.
