Phase 1 – Med Ball Overhead Tosses with sprints
100 Yard Tosses for a total of 400 yards
Phase 2 – 200m Sprints
Sprint 200m, walk 200m, repeat 4 times.
Phase 3 – Abs
30 seconds of each, 2 rounds
