At tonight’s metabolic bootcamp class participants will be about to choose from one of three workouts to do. Level 3 is the most difficult. Level 1 is the least difficult.
The only rule is that you have to finish whichever workout you choose to start. They are meant to challenge you. It might take some of you longer than 30 minutes to get done, especially those doing workouts 1 and 2.
Make sure that you warm up while you are waiting for class to start. Choose wisely!

pull ups with kip
100 overhead kettlebell swings
100 push ups
100 sit ups
15x Bench Dips
15x Box jumps
15x Mini Hurdle Hop
