Complete 5 rounds of the following circuit for time:
Run – 20 calories
5 x kipping pullup for males* – 35 lbs kettlebell upright row for females
10 x kettlebell swings – 55 lbs for males – 35 lbs for females
15 x burpee to box jump – females may substitute step ups for box jumps
20 x overhead plate lunge – 10 lbs plate for females – 25 lbs plate for males
30 x body weight squats
* = Males must do 5 pullups with your hands facing forward. “Kipping” means that you can kick your legs to help get you up to the bar. Your chin must get above the bar for the rep to count. No cheating. You are only cheating yourself if you do.
