Do the following exercises in order in a timed 15 – 1 pyramid. So you will do 15 curls, then 15 overhead press, then 15 kettlebell dealifts, then 15 kettlebell upright rows, then 15 push ups, and then go to 14’s and so on until you finish.

Dumbbell Curls – 15 lbs for females, 25 lbs for males
Overhead Dumbbell Press – 15 lbs for females, 25 lbs for males
Kettlebell Deadlift – 35 lbs for females, 55 lbs for males
Kettlebell Upright Row – 35 lbs for females, 45 lbs for males
Push Ups – do as many as you can without your knees down, then put your knees down to finish your reps. Your shirt must touch the ground for the rep to count.
