The day of reckoning is finally here. 3 months of planning and 3 months of training has finally led us to our final hour, a test of will, endurance, strength, power, and determination.
It will break you. It just needs time to find your weak link.
Without further ado…
Phase 1 – Strength 20 reps every 1:15
1. Squat 135lbs
2. Floor Press 115lbs
3. Sumo Deadlift 155lbs
4. Log Clean and Press 65lbs
5. Floor Bent Over Row Fat Bar – 135lbs
*Failure to get 20 reps on any exercise in 1:15 will result in disqualification.
Phase 2 -Power KB Snatches 50 reps in 5 minutes
*Must lockout every rep, cannot set down the kettlebell at any point in time during the 5 minutes, and must get 50 reps in 5 minutes or disqualification.
Phase 3 – Cardio
Jog to Big Brick
Phase 4 – Anaerobic Conditioning
1. Sled Push 135lbs – 100 yards
2. Tire Flips – 100 yards
3. Farmer’s Carry 50lbs – 100 yards
4. Sled Backwards Pulls 225lbs – 100 yards
Jog Back to the gym
Phase 5 – Cardio
Jacob’s Ladder 500ft
Phase 6 – Mental Will Power
Plank with feet on basketball – 2 minutes
Must not fall off basketball or break your plan position at any point during the 3 minutes or disqualification.
Total Time Allowed: 60 minutes
