We offer 30 minute and 1 hour Bootcamp and Abs classes several times per week. The classes are free for gym members and are not cumulative, meaning you can drop in as often or as little as you like.

Typically, our classes are done at a high intensity level, however everyone works at their own pace. So beginners don’t have to worry about trying to keep up with people that have been doing it for a while.
We try to keep the workouts different and fun yet difficult and demanding at each class. We use a variety of strength training and cardio exercises in the classes. Strength training includes body weight exercises, band resisted exercises, weight lifting exercises with dumbbells and pre-loaded barbells, and TRX.
No matter if you are a female looking to lose weight and tone up or a male looking to build muscle and bulk up our Bootcamp and Abs Classes have what you are looking for. Most workouts are done using timed intervals, and occasionally we incorporate pre-determined set and rep schemes into them. We have members at almost every age and fitness level taking the Bootcamp and Abs Classes.
