All exercises will be done 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 2 rounds except for the finisher.

- Super Plank/Walk Out
- Single Leg Hip Lift
- Side Plank Raises
- Side Plank Hold
- Body Saw Plank
- High Plank Arches
Burpee to Half Court Sprints (as many as time will allow)
